Shopper Park Plus Plc. (registered office: 1015 Budapest, Batthyány utca 3. fszt. 1.; hereinafter referred to as the “Issuer“) hereby gives notice of the following:
The Issuer shall close the share register at 17:00 on the second business day prior to the opening day of the General Assembly, i.e. 25.04.2025. The Issuer requested shareholder identification procedure data from KELER Zrt. as of 22.04.2025.
