Shopper Park Plus Plc. (registered office: 1015 Budapest, Batthyány utca 3. fszt. 1.; hereinafter referred to as the “Issuer“) hereby gives notice of the following:

The Issuer requested shareholder identification procedure data from KELER Zrt. with the record date of 17 January 2025, in order to update its share register in respect of the Series A ordinary shares and Series B voting preference shares of the Issuer.

The COAF-numbers regarding the events are as follows:
