SHOPPER PARK PLUS (SPP) owns a portfolio of 30 retail properties in Central and Eastern Europe through its subsidiaries. 14 of the locations are located in Hungary, 8 in Poland, 4 in the Czech Republic and 4 in Slovakia, typically in or near major cities. The total gross leasable area of over 600 thousand m2 is shared by more than 900 retail units, including global brands such as Tesco, Auchan, Sportsdirect, Sinsay, Reserved, Koton, Deichmann.

OC Galéria Dunajská Streda

The center is located approx. 1.5 km from the city center. The area is surrounded by residential and commercial zones. Nearby is a newly built quarter of the city. There are several gas stations and car washes nearby.

Shopland Szeged
