SHOPPER PARK PLUS (SPP) owns a portfolio of 22 retail properties in Central and Eastern Europe through its subsidiaries. 14 of the locations are located in Hungary, 4 in the Czech Republic and 4 in Slovakia, typically in or near major cities. The total gross leasable area of over 390 thousand m2 is shared by nearly 600 retail units, including global brands such as Tesco, Sportsdirect, Sinsay, Reserved, Koton, Deichmann.

RP Chrudim

The facility is easily accessible by public transport and by car from the ring road around the city, 1.5 km south of Chrudim city centre. The predominantly residential area is complemented by the local hospital and ice stadium.

Shopland Érd

The facility, surrounded by a mix of commercial and residential properties, is located in Érd, just 30 km from Budapest. It is directly accessible from the main road 7 and there are several bus stops nearby.

It also has regular public transport connections to the inner parts of the municipality and is a few minutes’ walk from the Ostrava-Svinov railway station.
