RELATING TO THE CAPITAL INCREASE OF SKRADEVEL KFT.
Shopper Park Plus Nyrt. hereby makes a public announcement regarding the capital increase of SKRADEVEL Kft.
Shopper Park Plus Nyrt. as the founder of SKRADEVEL Kft. has decided on 19 June 2025 to increase the capital of SKARDEVEL Kft.
Shopper Park Plus Nyrt. shall make a contribution in cash of EUR 20,000, – i.e. twenty thousand euros, by 26 June 2025 at the latest, by transferring the amount to the bank account of SKRADEVEL Kft., as a result of which, the share capital of SKRADEVEL Kft. and Shopper Park Plus Nyrt.’s capital contribution will change to EUR 40,000, – i.e. forty thousand euros, which shall consist entirely of a cash contribution.
